By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Consulting Services 1.1 Scope of Work All consulting services are rendered in accordance with a mutually agreed-upon Scope of Work (SOW). No work will commence until such an agreement is documented and signed by both parties. 1.2 Billing and Payment Fees for consulting services are set forth in the SOW and are due according to the mutually agreed-upon billing terms. All payments made to Aeroshield Technologies Inc. are non-refundable. 1.3 Indemnification Clients agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aeroshield Technologies Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, or damages, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related to the services provided. 1.4 Legal Jurisdiction Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois. 1.5 Survivability These Terms shall survive the termination or expiration of any individual contract or SOW and remain in full force and effect. 2. Newsletter Services 2.1 Content Discretion Aeroshield Technologies Inc. reserves the right to publish content at its sole discretion and makes no guarantees regarding the frequency, topics, or continuation of the newsletter. 2.2 No Redistribution Subscribers may not repost, resell, or redistribute any newsletter content or posts, in whole or in part, without the express written consent of Aeroshield Technologies Inc. 2.3 Penalty for Unauthorized Use Any unauthorized redistribution or commercial use of newsletter content constitutes a breach of these Terms. By subscribing, you agree that such a breach obligates you to pay Aeroshield Technologies Inc. a penalty fee of $3,999.99. 3.
